Dear Shelter Manager, employees and
volunteers. We sincerely appreciate you contacting us
about a Springer in your shelter. We will attempt to
assist you as best as we can. To do so we need as much
information from you as you can give us. Please read the
following policies carefully and fill out the enclosed form in
detail.
On behalf of all needy Springers and
homeless dogs in the U. S., we would like to extend a sincere
thanks for all your hard work and we hope that we can establish
a mutually rewarding cooperative relationships to last well into
the future.
There
are three ways ESRA can assist you with an English Springer
Spaniel in your shelter:

Listing on our
websites - national listing on
www.springerrescue.org
and a local listing covering Colorado, Nebraska, Utah and Wyoming
at
www.rockymountainesra.org. We can list the dog's
description, shelter contact information, adoption fees, opening
hours, website address etc together with a dog's photo for our
websites' visitors to access directly. Since we have a lot
of people coming to our sites looking for a Springer Spaniel,
the listing increases chances of the dog's adoption but
increasing the exposure among Springer loving public. The
interested parties would deal directly with your shelter without
our interference.

Referral of existing
potential adopters - we can forward information on the dogs
in your shelter to potential adopters that are already in our
database. They can contact the shelter directly and adopt
without ESRA's involvement.

Accept the dog into
ESRA's Foster Care - you would permanently release the
English Springer Spaniel to ESRA and we would accept the dog
into our foster care - foster space permitting. We would
place the dog ourselves subject to our placement policies and
procedures.
We accept animals of ALL ages,
reasonable health and good temperaments, foster space
permitting.
We are unable to accept dogs that have aggression towards
humans or have biting history. If you are interested
in pursuing the release of the English Springer Spaniels into
our foster care please fill out the following form carefully and
submit as much detail as possible.
